The VECTR Center provides career advisement and counseling for all 22 Technical College System of Georgia colleges. In addition, in-residence courses are taught on site by Central Georgia Technical College (see Programs).

The VECTR Community Resource and Resiliency officer works closely with the United Way’s Mission United Veteran Navigator. Together, they serve as liaisons to programs and resources for transitioning military, veterans or their families in six primary areas: Education, Employment, Housing, Health Care, Financial, and Legal assistance.
Veterans Certification Coordinator assists active-duty military, National Guard, and reserve service members and their family members navigate the financial aid process that includes VA educational benefits, federal and state grants and scholarships.
The Veteran Success Coaches assist military, veterans or their family members navigate higher education, assist individuals in reviewing skill based careers and educational pathways to obtain viable employment. They also process admissions and registrations for the VECTR Center’s accelerated college programs and short-term certifications leading to jobs in high demand careers.

The Testing Center provides a professional testing environment for current military members, veterans and community members enabling them to perform at their highest levels so they can enter a study program, advance as quickly as possible, and certify technical competencies.
On-site services to include both paper-and-pencil tests and computer-administered standardized tests needed for admission, distance learning, workforce development, credentials, and licenses. Click here for testing information.
Veteran Success Coaches assist all transitioning service men, women, and their spouses with job readiness strategies to include: resume assistance, interview tips, employment search techniques, academic advising, and education and training options.
The VBOC program provides entrepreneurship training through the Boots to Business (B2B) and Reboot Training programs to transitioning military personnel, military spouses, and veteran small business owners and entrepreneurs. VBOCs work closely with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) District Offices, Resource Partners and other SBA recipients in leveraging resources when marketing the VBOC program and connect beneficiaries with SBA technical assistance resources.
